Tofu Kimchi – 두부 김치

Side dish for 2–3 people

Ingredients
200 g Bio Tofu Nature
150 g Kimchi
2 tsp neutral oil for frying the tofu and kimchi
1 tsp sesame oil
Pinch of salt
For garnish: finely chopped spring onions and sesame seeds.
Instructions
Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces and lightly sprinkle with salt.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Fry the tofu for about 5 minutes until golden brown on all sides. Remove from the pan.
Chop the kimchi into small pieces and lightly sauté for about 5 minutes until slightly caramelized.
Arrange the tofu on a plate and top with the sautéed kimchi.
Before serving, drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with finely chopped spring onions.
